Germany“s Saint-Gobain Oberland plans to invest EUR 52 million in building a glass plant in the city of Timashevsk in Russia“s Krasnodar region, a spokesperson for the regional government said 21 January 2008. The building of the plant is a part of 12 agreements signed by foreign companies in Berlin at a recent economic forum dedicated to the Krasnodar Region. Under the agreements, foreign companies plan to invest a total of EUR 260 million in the region.
