Preliminary figures for Austria“s Radex-Heraklith Industriebeteiligungs AG showed an increase in pre-tax and net profits on group sales which were slightly down on 1995. Pre-tax earnings amounted to Sch 674 million (1995: Sch 577 million) and net earnings to Sch 580 million (1995: 467 million). Group sales totalled Sch 21,007 million compared with Sch 21,691 million in 1995.
