Founded in 1982 by Antonio Ascolese, the company has undergone several developments on its way to becoming a leader of special products in the glass market. Antonio Ascolese has always had a forward-looking vision trying to invest to grow and work well, features he has passed on to the new generation exploring all the innovations the digital and technical world offers.
Vetreria Ascolese, RCN Solutions’ long-terms customer, focus all its energies on diversification of special products. The company’s philosophy does not include mass production but mainly niche products. These are projects studied according to customers’ requirements, and they do it with professionalism, commitment and care.
In such context, Vetreria Ascolese’s machinery choice is always well-considered and focused. The purchase of one LIA – laminating integrated automatism – 4+2, which is a four-shelf machine divided into two independent chambers, complete with a storage unit with two additional shelves. It is fully automatic, with an active size of 2,800 by 5,100 millimetres, and it represents part of the company’s goals aimed at automation, investing in the future and expediting organisation. In particular, the use of RCN’s REVA BF has definitely solved some previous issues and helped to maximise production time.
The company is working in full operation and new projects are issued every day, often with special combinations to satisfy the most demanding requirements.
