It has been a year of challenges and hard work, but also of great accomplishments.
Along 2025, all R.C.N. Solutions’ three machine lines have reached full production capacity, with different measures and combinations, giving reason to RCN’s program of flexibility and particularly to the target of supporting customers to enhance their production.
Mainly, 2025 has been the year of LIA – laminating integrated automation – the new automatic laminating machine allowing less operator job, safety, cost control and quality consistency.
Customers noticed the high potentialities of LIA and realised it is a good system to keep production under control by using the installed technology, one of the reasons for which demand rose quickly.
The interest in bending systems has been growing since some companies, within the scope of diversification, specialised in complex curves, thus creating a range of special products which, in turn, requires special machines.
The bulk of the orders received by RCN required the production of non-standard machines and have involved the design bureau in new layouts and diverse production planning. This flexibility is a project put in place by RCN some years ago to give customers the possibility of customising according to their requirements, and this policy allows RCN to stand out on the market.
The new Floating bending kiln, with top moving on two or more bending trolleys, has been delivered and installed in Italy in mid-December, innovation joining our historical lines of bending machines.
The attention for chemical tempering has been very high too, from small to big and automatic plants, they are completing this special year of customer centricity.
RCN has placed special focus on the IoT (Internet of Things), a network of physical devices installed in machinery such as, sensors, software and network connectivity to collect and share data in order to check and maximise production. RCN offers the Qibi software that has been designed to respond to all the requirements for industrial innovations, a philosophy involving the entire production cycle.
The overview would not be complete without RD CLEAN CONCEPT, a key partner in production, a patented system for clean edges in lamination that during 2025 still keeps the spotlight as an important solution, and has become essential for many manufacturing companies.
RCN in numbers in 2025:
- 25 laminating machines of different sizes, some of which were automatic or semi-automatic and completed with additional equipment
- 10 bending kilns of different sizes, one of which was customised
- 4 chemical tempering ovens of different sizes, one of which was customised
- 52 RD CLEAN CONCEPT installed into RCN machinery or delivered independently
And for 2026, RCN Solutions hopes to keep the same flow.
