Sweden“s PLM group has acquired 51% of shares in the Polish glassworks Wielkopolska Huta Szkla from the Polish Finance Ministry. PLM will invest nearly SKr 200 million in the factory over a period of three years. The factory, where PLM plans to manufacture ecological packaging for the food industry, employs around 800 people and is capable of producing 400 million glass containers a year.
