Italy“s OTEM group has recently decided to develop the activity of its glass processing machinery sister company, Otematic. As well as technological developments (new bevellers and cutting equipment) which will be presented at Glastec “96 in Dsseldorf, the Delebio, Lombardy-based company has also announced a number of changes in personnel. Luigi Sala, formerly with Bavelloni and SIV, has been appointed sales manager, while Vilio Luppi, who previously worked for Copmes, has taken over as cutting table products manager. Luigi Briante (ex Bovone) has been put in charge of technical assistance. Otematic currently manufactures a wide range of glass cutting, grinding and bevelling machinery.
