NorthGlass held 2025 Managers Conference

On February 21 and 22, 2025, NorthGlass held the managers conference in Shanghai under the theme of “Three Decades of Commitment, Setting Forward to a Shared Future.” The event coincided with NorthGlass’ 30th anniversary, bringing together over 50 senior executives to jointly discuss development strategies. Attendees included Mr. Gao Xueming, Chairman of the Board, Mr. Gao Li, Vice Chairman and President, Mr. Gao Qi, Vice President, general managers of business units and heads of functional departments.

During the conference, functional departments and business units reported on their achievements from the past year and future development plans. Heads of each functional department presented analyses on operational performance, optimisation proposals, internal control and compliance risk management, progress in industrial park construction, workplace safety, share issuance updates, human resources development, performance management, and brand-building initiatives. Managers from each business unit discussed market trends, expansion strategies, and product innovation, demonstrating the company’s agile strategic execution in adapting to market dynamics.

Following these reports, President Gao Li outlined specific requirements for business units and functional departments. He emphasised the need to strengthen innovation, enhance market competitiveness, and improve both product quality and production efficiency. He highlighted that differentiated product development and optimised production processes would solidify NorthGlass’ leading position in a competitive market. Additionally, he stressed the importance of team collaboration and management refinement as key drivers for sustainable growth. Moving forward, the company will focus on talent development, management optimisation, and external recruitment to ensure high-quality growth.

Attendees reviewed progress on the NorthGlass High-End Equipment Industrial Park through detailed presentations. Once operational, the park will bolster intelligent manufacturing capabilities, drive technological innovation, and support global market expansion.

In his closing remarks, Chairman Gao Xueming commended managers for their efforts over the past year. Addressing innovation, he underscored the importance of balancing breakthrough initiatives with prudent decision-making.
