LiSEC’s TAL-C is a pumping and metering device for the manual application of secondary sealants during insulating glass production.
The compact design and optimised arrangement of the machine components facilitate a small footprint in conjunction with the largest possible working area for the operator. During development, the focus was placed on particularly easy handling for the operator and service personnel.
The TAL-C consists of the following principle components:
• Ram press for base material
• Pump for catalyst
• Metering
• Switch box with PLC
• Bracket arm with metering pistol
