Heye International recently had the pleasure of welcoming a dedicated employee from a Mexican customer to its HiSKILLS Hot End Training.
At the hot end, every detail counts – melting, forming and cooling directly shape the final product. During the training, he gained hands-on experience at the SpeedLine, learning to spot issues early, optimise processes and ensure consistent quality.
Heye’s Train-the-Trainer programme also gave him the tools to share his new skills confidently with his team, so his knowledge continues to grow beyond the classroom.
