Global Industrial Technologies Inc. of the United States announced recently that its Harbison-Walker Refractories Co. subsidiary had won a US$ 25 million contract to supply products for a new coke plant. The plant is being built for Sun Coal and Coke by Raytheon Constructors & Engineers, which hired Harbison to supply 73,000 metric tons of premium silica and fireclay-based refractory products.
