Forel had the pleasure of welcoming a diverse group of guests from the United Kingdom and Ireland to its headquarters to experience another edition of Glass Processing Demo Days.
Participants that represented glass companies from across the UK and Ireland, joined the event together with senior representatives from tier one glass manufacturers as well as component and sealant suppliers.
The focus of the day was high-speed automation, highlighted by Forel’s capabilities in producing triple glazed units that utilise thin glass as the inner pane and the new FG range for simultaneous fast edge grinding and seaming. The live and close up demonstrations generated tremendous interest among visitors and sparked engaging discussions about the future of energy-efficient glazing solutions.
Moments like these are a two-way opportunity to share knowledge, experience and to listen to different perspectives, while building meaningful connections with the people who shape the future of the glass industry every day. Opening the doors to Forel’s headquarters allowed guests to experience not only machines in action, but also manufacturing and the values that drive the company: innovation, collaboration and a constant dialogue with internal and external customers and partners.
