The Fenzi Group hosted the General Assembly of GIMAV, the association of Italian manufacturers and suppliers of machinery, equipment and special products for glass processing.
Alessandro Fenzi welcomed the attendees and highlighted the symbolic importance of the event, which marked the tenth anniversary of the passing of his father, Dino Fenzi, one of the first advocates of the association from its inception. He emphasized the crucial role of the association in the Italian glass industry, allowing companies to become stronger and more effective in international markets through unity, a vision shared by the pioneers of the industry, and all the companies that have contributed over the years to making Italy a leader and a true reference point in the sector. In the hope the spirit of those times will continue and become even stronger.
Matteo Padovan, Managing Director of the Italian Headquarters of the Fenzi Group, shared the same vision, “We believe that Vitrum is a fundamental event for the promotion of Italian excellence in the world of glass, and for this reason, we have already signed up as exhibitors for the 2025 edition of the event, with an even larger presence and exhibition area than in previous years. We invite and hope for a significant participation of both exhibitors and visitors. There are many new ideas coming from the association, and Vitrum 2025 will be the occasion to see them in action and to present Gimav and the companies it represents.”
