German firm Didier-Werke AG of Wiesbaden has sold Didier Guetling to Ionpure Technologies GmbH. Didier said the decision to partially withdraw from environmental technology was based on strategic considerations. Didier Guetling has an annual turnover of DM 30 million and a workforce of 68 people.
