Rhodia Silicone“s Brazilian unit is launching domestic production of silicone window sealants. Until now, the product has been imported from France. USD 200,000 are to be invested to adapt the Brazilian plant to make the sealants. The aim is to reduce the price to the consumer of the product by 15%.
