Customers from across the U.S. and Canada came together in Denver, Colorado, May 4–7, 2025, for A+W’s biennial User Conference—Converge ’25. Over three informative days, fabricators, partners and equipment suppliers gathered alongside A+W software experts and other industry leaders to network, learn, share ideas and explore technologies shaping the future of glass, window, and door fabrication. This year’s theme, Building Tomorrow, was brought to life through engaging presentations, collaborative breakout sessions, one-on-one detailed customer sessions and real-world success stories from A+W customers and partners.
From keynote speakers to hands-on product demos, the agenda highlighted the power of innovation to solve everyday shop-floor challenges. Ryan MacDonald of PFG Glass shared how A+W Smart Delivery has elevated their customer experience through mobile confirmations, live rejection tracking and faster invoicing. Attendees also got a front-row seat to new software solutions in artificial intelligence, augmented reality and advanced RTO technology. A+W officially introduced its latest innovations for customers in attendance. A significant product announcement will coming at GlassBuild 2025 in Orlando, Florida.

Machinery experts from HEGLA and Forel as well as scanning experts from Viprotron joined the conference to share advancements in QR-etched bird glass, vacuum-assisted handling, IGU manufacturing, thin triple processing, precision cutting and sorting and defect scanning technology. A+W’s Smart Companion, Smart Factory and iQuote tools were demoed live, showing how digital connectivity and real-time data are revolutionising how our customers manage production, stock and quoting.
