Preliminary results for Polish glass maker HSG Irena SA published recently reported net profits of PZl 0.75 million, down from PZl 0.89 million previously. Sales were down from PZl 6.73 mmillion to PZl 5.03 million. Third-quarter results showed an improvement on the same period in 1995, with net profits at PZl 2.12 million (up from PZl 1.22 million) and sales up from PZl 11.96 million too PZl 16.06 million.
