Scandinavian Equity Partners Ltd (SEP), one of the three companies involved in the takeover of Swedish glassware company Orrefors Kosta Boda, said it has increased its stake in Orrefors to 23.8%. Scandinavian Equity Partners reportedly bought the 23.8% stake from a Swedish investment company, Investor AB, and immediately sold it to the three-firm consortium, OKB (Orrefors Kosta Boda) Holding, which also includes Denmark“s Royal Copenhagen and Proventus AB. OKB Holding announced that it now holds 97% of equity and votes in art glass maker Orrefors Kosta Boda. Orrefors Kosta Boda will be delisted from the Stockholm Stock Exchange.
