In Germany, Gebr Stoevesandt shareholders Karsten Trippel and Metropol Vermoegensverwaltungs- und Grundstuecks GmbH have applied to the Hanover district court for compensation for the company“s independent shareholders. The move follows the control and profit transfer contract, in the context of which Gerresheimer Glas AG is offering to pay a guaranteed dividend of DM 9.94 per DM 50 share, or to purchase the shares of remaining shareholders at DM 210 per share.
