On 9 January, Apogee Enterprises, Inc. of the United States announced that Harmon AutoGlass, a wholly owned subsidiary, had completed the acquisition of Portland Glass reported in Glassonline World News on 12 December last year. The acquisition does not include Portland“s replacement window and commercial construction divisions, which will continue to operate under their existing management and ownership.
