The new owners of Swedish luxury glassmaker Orrefors Kosta Boda have said the company is to start talks with trade unions over rationalisation. The company was taken over late last year by a specially formed consortium, Orrefors Kosta Boda Holding AB (OKB), which involves Swedish investment group Proventus AB, Danish luxury goods maker Royal Copenhagen A/S and Scandinavian Equity Partners (SEP).
