A spokesman for UK insurance firm Avon has said the company is offering direct billing for commercial business policyholders, to provide a 24-hour glass and frame replacement service. Under the deal, Britain“s Solaglas Replacement Glazing will bill Avon directly for work done, so customers only pay the excess and value added tax. Solaglas claimed it will normally replace single glazing on the first call and double glazed made-to-measure units in five days.
