12 November 1998: Malaysia“s leading glass producer Kuala Lumpur Glass Manufacturers Co. Sdn Bhd, which is celebrating its 30th anniversary, has been awarded the ISO 9002 certification. KL Glass general manager Gerry Liew said that the company will continue to strive for improved efficiency in order to exceed customers“ expectations and requirements. Thanking the employees for their diligence and team work in achieving the certification, Liew also attributed the success in part to the company“s on-going policy of manpower development and training. KL Glass produces glass containers for the beverage, beer and food industries.
