The Czech state“s property representative, the National Property Fund, decided not to approve the payment of dividends in jewellery glass manufacturer Zeleznobrodske Sklo AS, where it has an 85% stake. The company“s representatives had proposed a 2-crown-per-share dividend on net profits of Kcs 12 million. Revenues reached Kcs 370 million in 1998, an increase of nearly 16%. Company shareholders also approved a decrease in share capital of Kcs 12.444 million.
