Automotive mirror producer Gentex Corporation has appointed Garth Deur as Vice President – Business Development and Planning. Deur will assist Gentex chairman Fred Bauer and executive vice president Kenneth La Grand as they prepare for the company“s next major growth phase. Deur previously worked with Arthur Andersen in various auditing and business advisory positions, and later joined auto interiors supplier Prince Corporation (purchased by Johnson Controls in 1996), where he served in various senior financial, manufacturing, and sales and business development roles.
