Kapital (Yugoslavia) intends to invest US$ 14 million in the construction of the distillery and the glass containers plant in Kurgan region, as per the agreement of the company head and regional administration. The company will transfer the amount of US$ 10 million via Moskovsky Capital bank to the construction of the Dalspirt distillery, transferring US$ 4 for the purchase of the equipment for the glass container plant. The assets are to be provided under the 5-year loan with 7-8% annually after the transfer of 100% of the stocks of the plants to the investors management. The Yugoslavian part guaranteed to open two modern production units in 2004 to cover the needs of the local manufacturers of alcohol products. During the next three months the investors will prepare the required documentation set to sign the agreement, with financing starting from September 2002.
