Following the deal, Wickman will operate under the name Tyrolit Wickman Corp. Wickman was chosen by Tyrolit to strengthen the Austrian firm“s position in North America and to support the company“s further expansion, said Tyrolit“s executive manager, Jakob Mosser,.
