Solutia Inc., a leading producer of performance films for laminated safety glass, announced 1 March 2004 the retirement of Paul Donovan from its board of directors. Mr. Donovan retired from the Solutia board effective 29 February 2004, concurrent with his retirement from Wisconsin Energy Corporation where he formerly served as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Mr. Donovan joined Solutia“s board of directors in 2001 and has served on the board“s Audit and Finance Committee. “We were fortunate to have had the benefit of Paul“s expertise, support and guidance during his time on our board.
