Ukrainian glass container manufacturer Rokytne Glass Plant (Rivne region) finished 2004 with UAH 7.423 million in net profits. According to a statement by the company, the plant increased its net revenue by UAH 20.439 million to UAH 83.767 million in 2004, up 32.3% on 2003. The firm, which supplies soft drink plants, distilleries and canneries, closed 2003 with a net profit of UAH 5.427 million. Rokytne Glass Plant, which is an open joint stock company, recently decided to issue bonds for UAH 100 million. According to the Agency for Development of Stock Market Infrastructure, as of early 2004 CJSC Obolon owned 48.46% of the plant, 9.97% belonged to Hryhorii Minych, and 20.01% was held by Viktor Minych, a member of the supervisory board.
