Two PENNEKAMP solutions for the thermal preparation of components used in the glass forming process.
- Mould Pre-heating Oven (Right)
Designed to preheat glass forming moulds, with an air circulation system, gas heating or optional electric heating. Features include an electrically operated front door and a large mould trolley with a usable area of 2 square metres. - Deflector Firing Oven (Left)
Designed to preheat and fire deflectors to remove coating material from their surfaces. Available with gas and/or electric heating, it provides automatic heating and soaking, followed by natural cooling. Components can be loaded manually, by forklift or with a hand trolley.
Both ovens feature:
- Maximum working temperature of 500 degrees Celsius in the standard configuration
- Heat-resistant stainless steel inner structures
- Thermal insulation to minimise heat losses
- Temperature control and monitoring
- Door safety interlocks
- Preassembled delivery to minimise installation time
For the Deflector Oven, custom dimensions and higher temperatures are available upon request.
