The belts are manufactured using DK’s Flexible Diamond material, which combines the cutting action of diamond with a backing material that provides both strength and flexibility. The manufacturing process creates diamond islands of consistent size and shape with regular spacing. This pattern allows slurry to be washed away with the lubricant or coolant during use, reducing the risk of clogging and supporting efficient stock removal and finishing.
