Accursia Capital has completed the divestment of Eckelt Glas, a manufacturer and processor of architectural and safety glass solutions headquartered in Steyr, Austria. The company specialises in high-performance glazing solutions for complex façade and building applications.
Accursia Capital has divested Eckelt as part of its ongoing portfolio activity. During the ownership period, November 2025-June 2026, the company was supported within its industrial environment through a range of operational and functional initiatives embedded in the broader context of portfolio development.
The transaction is consistent with Accursia Capital’s active approach to portfolio allocation and management, enabling a more focused deployment of capital and capabilities across its remaining industrial holdings within the current strategic and operational framework.
