Following last year’s successful launch, Vetropack this time received efko Frischfrucht und Delikatessen at the Pöchlarn site and the VOG at the Kremsmünster one, both in Austria. Both companies provided fascinating insights into their areas of activity and their collaboration with Vetropack, a truly valuable exchange for everyone involved.
At these locations, around 90 employees took part to get to know our customers better and gain a deeper understanding of their perspective on our partnership.
Particularly exciting was hearing about the cooperation with Vetropack from the customers’ point of view: what works especially well, what is most appreciated and where can the company still improve? The guests emphasised above all the high quality of Vetropack products, on-time and flexible deliveries and the partnership based collaboration.
Of course, a small token of appreciation could not be missing: all participants were delighted to receive a gift pack containing Rapso canola oil, Lenz Moser wines, and crunchy pickled gherkins.
The Customer Talks clearly demonstrate how valuable personal exchange and mutual trust are for a strong partnership.
