ArmstrongB2B extends long-term partnership with SORG Group

SORG Group and ArmstrongB2B® have signed a new four-year agreement, building on the companies’ six-year partnership so far.

ArmstrongB2B CEO Daniel Owen said, “We are delighted to extend our strong cooperation with SORG Group with a new four-year agreement. We have achieved a lot together over the last six years and have plans to further strengthen the brand and technology profile in the global glass industry. The glass industry is going through a deep transition and SORG has the vision and technology to meet the demands of the future.

“Our focus at ArmstrongB2B is to connect with their audiences with thought leadership, lead the narrative on the advances of glass melting and maintain a strong presence in the glass industry. The glass industry wants to hear from the SORG Group and we look forward to maintaining that bridge. This new agreement further strengthens ArmstrongB2B’s position as one of the leading B2B marketing agencies and particularly highlights our many years of experience in the glass industry.”

Over the past six years, ArmstrongB2B and SORG Group have worked together on many important projects, including a brand refresh for all four SORG Group businesses – SORG Group, EME, Nikolaus SORG and Sorg Keramik Service (SKS) – and the consequent redesign and rebuild of all four websites. The companies also cooperated closely to deliver a globally successful launch campaign for Nikolaus SORG’s industry-changing CLEAN Melter® hybrid furnace. This project was followed by the EMISSION campaign by SORG and the launch of the SORG Group docuseries that follows the development in developing low-carbon melting technology at scale.

Alexander Sorg, Managing Partner of SORG Group, said, “ArmstrongB2B’s expertise across all stages of the glass supply chain, combined with the team’s exceptional knowledge of technical products and processes, has been a key advantage throughout our partnership. As technology leaders, it is vital that we continue to invest in brand and communication efforts to secure the relevance of glass for future generations, while ensuring stronger engagement across the global glass community and its stakeholders. We have enjoyed a strong cooperation over the last six years and look forward to our continued partnership for the next four years.”

Fellow Managing Partner Michael Sorg added, “ArmstrongB2B has a unique strength in transforming complex technical products and processes into clear and engaging communication that resonates with industrial audiences. By working closely with us, they help ensure strong communication channels with our customers and the wider glass industry, highlighting the technical advancements driving the transition in glass. Glass is a truly global industry and it is vital that we maintain consistent worldwide communication to share our progress and demonstrate how we are addressing the challenges of today and preparing for the challenges of tomorrow.”
