After nearly a year of collaboration, SGD Pharma is proud to have facilitated the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Ville de Sucy, France, and Zhanjiang, China — home to two of SGD Pharma’s key production sites. Signed on June 5, 2025, this MoU marks the first step in a long-term partnership between the two cities, which share a common vision: making carbon reduction and biodiversity preservation central to their development strategies.
SGD Pharma is fully aligned with this vision. The company dedication to sustainability has earned it the EcoVadis Platinum Medal, placing us among the top 1 percent of companies assessed worldwide for corporate social responsibility.
As part of this international collaboration, SGD Pharma has launched a cross-border engineering exchange program, enabling Chinese engineers to work in Sucy-en-Brie and French engineers to gain experience at the Zhanjiang site.
