June 5, 2025, Arglass launched the furnace heat-up process at its second cutting-edge glass container manufacturing facility in Valdosta, Georgia, USA.
With a substantial investment exceeding USD 220 million, this new plant boasts an oxy-fuel furnace melting 495 metric tonnes daily, along with AI-driven production systems and strategic robotics.
Specializing in crafting bottles and jars for the food, beverage, spirits, wine and beer sectors, all made in the USA, this milestone reflects Arglass’ remarkable journey from inception just five years ago.
Jose de Diego Arozamena, Arglass founder and CEO, said, “Today holds particular significance as it coincides with the 50th anniversary of my grandfather, Jose Arozamena Gonzalez, the visionary behind our family enterprise, passing away. Proudly presenting Arglass: flexible – efficient – sustainable.”
