LAMINATING FURNACES
Diverse solutions for high-speed laminating and important
production quantities, ranging from kilns with silicon bags
to Modular systems, one or two laminating chambers, up
to continuous systems without silicon bags. The kilns can be
combined with transport systems, preparation tables and
lifting platforms.

CHEMICAL TEMPERING FURNACES
The new chemical tempering system –
‘RIVA by RCN’.
This tempering system is becoming more
and more important in all sectors that re-
quire tempered glass completely flat and
free from optical distortions resulting in
chemically tempered glass that can be
processed following tempering.
The system is available in standard sized
plants, along with a feasibility study ac-
cording to clients’ needs.

REVA BF
At long last a laminating film made in
Europe that respects the double needs
of adhesion and transparency, total-
ly compliant with European norms, as
well as being conform to AINSI regual-
tions as of January 2015. This material
is always new and available as stock,
since R.C.N. has dedicated a special-
ly equipped area of its premises to the
storage and transport of rolls of REVA
FILM. The film is available in different thicknesses and sizes
and responds to diverse manufacturing needs.
The production of coloured REVA FILM is presently being
studied.
