Tecno-Glass, a leading company in the production and sales of equipment for glassworks, decided, over 15 years ago, to expand its
professional horizons, dedicating resources and know-how to the construction of machinery for glass processing. This is how the Tecno-Glass
design and construction department was set up, with the mission of creating machines characterized by high professionalism, maximum atten-
tion to operator safety, as well as ease of use and maintenance, without neglecting those functional and aesthetic details that make Tecno-Glass
machinery absolutely unique and irreplaceable.
All our machinery will be on show at Glasstec 2018, in Hall 17 - Stand A11.
Tecno-Glass will be presenting the most recent development coming from its workshop: the MFC-RADIANT and the MFC-ROCKER. These
machines are for two-component hydraulic extruders for polysulfuric and polyurethane sealants – MFC-RADIANT – and for silicone sealants –
MFC-ROCKER – built with carefully selected components, coming from the best companies operating in the field of Italian and American mechan-
ics. The company’s long tradition of the sector merges with the most modern technologies:
highly technological and, at the same time, easy and intuitive to use, thanks to the dash-
board in Italian and English equipped with all the commands necessary for the control
of work operations. Tecno-Glass extruders are equipped with numerous accessories to
facilitate operators, such as the centring guide roller and the mixing unit with AISI 316
stainless steel propellers or the innovative MD2 gun that does not require daily washing.
At the stand, visitors will also be able to see the HM-1 hot extruder, compact and
reliable, which uses latest generation components to minimize consumption and reduce
noise to a minimum, with fully stainless steel casing for easier cleaning ; the TKD-3000
Plus saw, with double disc and double motor, which ensures clean cuts, able to work
perfectly with all types of profiles on the market; the TG-90 revolving table, characterized
by speed and high resistance, equipped with remote control.
Also on show the BRX-250, 700 and 1400 cutting edge butyl extruders of different
sizes to meet the needs of all companies, small or large, featuring precision, high reli-
ability and low consumption.
The ARGO-FAST will be on show, equipped with a fast and intuitive interface, this
machine is confirmed among the best gas filling machines available on the market. With
an accuracy of 99%, it is able to detect various types of gas and, with fully automatic
filling cycles, offers the possibility to fill simultaneously two panels of different sizes, thanks
to the two autonomous lines each equipped with its own sensor and dedicated card. The
ARGO-FAST is equipped with a PLC touch screen that constantly displays the progress
of the filling level, setting various functions, such as purging, filling, closing of the valves
and the automatic printing of filling percentage. Thanks to an industrial thermal printer,
housed in the upper casing, it is possible to print the main processing data: company
data, lot number, operator, percentage of filling, date and time and a series of others
custom parameters chosen by the user, can be printed on a removable plastic label.
