Optris was founded 15 years ago and
has established itself as one of the leading
manufacturers of non-contact temperature
measurement devices. The product range
consists of both portable and stationary
infrared thermometers and online infra-
red cameras for thermographic real time
analyses. Optris products are developed
and produced in Germany to ensure the
highest standards in quality, a central ele-
ment of company policy.
At Glasstec 2018 Optris will have on
show its reliable and user-friendly line-
scan system for the glass industry. In 2014
and 2016, Optris brought two special
infrared cameras for the glass industry –
the PI 450 G7 and the PI 640 G7 – to the
market. In order to meet industry-specific
requirements, an innovative laminar air
