oured strip. This type of label is applied
manually or with automatic machines,
using in each case a heat source (hot air,
steam, infra-red radiation) which enables the sleeve to adhere perfectly to the
shape of the container to which it is ap-
plied: the characteristics of the materials
themselves (PVC and PET) make this an
extremely ductile and valuable decora-
tion, because it uses the whole surface of
the product (for graphics, text, promos,
flash, etc..) and its colour and texture
possibilities render the product distin-
guished and attractive.
