customer service, and over the
past decade it has invested GBP
22 million into the business.

PROTECTING THE
ENVIRONMENT
As well as priding itself on
providing the best customer
service, Beatson Clark is also
passionate about ensuring the
company remains as environ-
mentally friendly as possible. The
glass industry uses a significant
amount of recycled materials
and also creates very little waste.
Beatson Clark uses glass generat-
ed by its onsite recycling plant to
make new bottles and jars, bring-
ing the total recycled content of
its containers to approximately
40 per cent.
Charlotte said: “Glass is infi-
nitely recyclable, so it can be end-
lessly reprocessed with no loss
of strength or quality. A study
recently found that European
consumers rank glass as the most
environmentally friendly packag-
ing product, with 45 per cent of
consumers choosing glass pack-
aging because of its green cre-
dentials. Recycling one bottle can
