Moulds is a synonym of

logy. Founded in 1976,
the company has always
had experienced and well
trained staff in terms of
mould manufacturing, and
now, its technicians are
able to comply with the
most demanding customers’ needs. It first began as a mould repair and maintenance
workshop, and then, in the 1990s, it started with automatic metallization, being
the first mould manufacturer to weld bronze automatically. Busellato Glass Moulds
is able to produce moulds of any shape and size – ranging from the smallest to
the most complex containers all with the most complex decoration and engravings.
Product quality is guaranteed by main basic factors: optimization of the produc-
tion processes, clean and tidy production halls, dimensional check of random
samples during all production steps and sight and dimensional check before the
Range of products packaging. With the researchn for more enhanced metallization processes and
characteristics in mind, detailed studies were conducted regarding the metallization
U MOULDS U NECK RINGS techniques and materials used for glass-contact surfaces in moulds.
This has enabled Busellato Glass Moulds to develop specific know-how in this

area, allowing it to detect and correct defects, even in post-production phases.
All products manufactured by Busellato Glass Moulds can be welded with excel-
lent materials using dif-
ferent techniques such
as Plasma, TIG and
HVOF (High Velocity
Oxy Fuel). Thanks to
these methods it is pos-
sible to strengthen and
protect some specific
areas such as the con-
tact edges of the dif-
ferent elements or the
whole surfaces “touch-
ing the glass”. The
moulds are in cast iron,
bronze and in steel.
