be directed to a new quality level. For this purpose there
was executed the programme of technical re-equipment,
entrepreneurship acquirement. To keep and strengthen
the positions on the product market the high quality and
competitive production is manufactured.

All this resulted in realization of investment programme
and setting in operation of the new workshop produc-
ing glass bottle containers with the capacity of
112 million bottles per year. It is the most impor-
tant achievement of the enterprise staff for the last few
years. The new workshop made it possible to create
170 working places; the professional level of the staff
increased considerably. Not so many enterprises pay
such great attention to social development as it does
SIMVOL.
Which is a town-forming enterprise, and it is responsi-
ble for the well-being of many inhabitants of the town
of Kurlovo. The enumeration of the social privileges is
large and it covers all the categories of the firm staff.
