The possibility to integrate additional process such as CNC,

With the full configuration, the COMBIFLEX becomes an in-
dependent stand-alone productive island, where the positio-
ning of the rack sheets is the only manual operation required.

Chiara MTP10 MULTIFLEX is designed to produce large
volumes up to 3,300x18,000mm with 10 spindle grinding he-
ads. The integration with a CNC working centre ena-
bles to carry out radii corners, cut outs, milling (also polished)
as well as drilling implementations, without repositioning the
glass. It also allows the production of flat and/or pencil poli-
shed edge finish. The machine can also manage two glasses
(even different from each other) simultaneously.
As the glass flow is in a straight line, the Multiflex
uses a third of the space required for a tra-
ditional double edger machine, for the
same maximum dimensions.
