HyGear supplies industrial hydrogen, nitrogen and oxygen
gas in small bulk quantities. We offer the most cost-effective
and reliable gas supply for the glass industry, by combining
efficient on-site generation technologies with conventional
gas distribution methods. Our attractive supply contracts are
flexible and based on equipment lease and variable costs for
consumption. Back-up supply from credible and locally active
industrial gas suppliers form an integral part of each offering
and ensure maximum reliability to our customers.
Hydrogen supply
HyGear supplies hydrogen by installing its on-site Hy.GEN®
steam methane reforming technology. Decentralised hydro-
gen production by HyGear offers a reliable and cost-effective
alternative to conventional hydrogen supply.
Nitrogen and Oxygen supply
HyGear also supplies nitrogen and oxygen by highly efficient
on-site PSA-technology, the N.GEN® and O.GEN®. These
highly efficient on-site generators are based on HyGear’s
extensive experience in PSA gas separation technology and
gas processing systems.
Gas recycling
To further reduce costs, our Hy.REC® gas recycling techno-
logy can be installed to recover the spent gases (hydrogen-
nitrogen gas mixtures) from the process. The opportunities lie
in the reduction of the operational costs and the increased
glass quality due to the higher refreshment rate.
