T.C. Turrini Claudio srl has been producing water treatment plants for the recycling
of wastewater coming from glass processing, thanks to the multi-tested DEP system,
since 1994.

Starting from steel sheets and finishing with final products, all machines are designed, laser cut,
bent, welded and assembled by T.C. Turrini Claudio in-house at its two factories located in Villafranca di
Verona, Italy.

During over 20 years of activity in the glass market, the company has produced water treatment systems for each and every type of
glass production: from normal flat glass to fire resistance Pyrobel, from 50 lt/min to 10,000 lt/min (3 mc/h to 600 mc/h).
Helping small-, medium- and large-sized glass factories with wastewater recycling, following CE directives and preserving the envi-
ronment from groundwater pollution, also saving customers’ money, the DEP system has developed and is now a reliable and conso-
lidated system.

The DEP system solves wastewater treatment problems in accordance with regulations on water protection. Decantation is performed by
means of the sedimentation process of suspended material in the wastewater, with the possible use of a suitable flocculent. The settling
process causes a thickening of the mud at the bottom of the settling tank, from where it is extracted, making it compact, dry and suitable
for disposal.

For sludge dewatering, our company offers different solutions, from filter bag systems (DS and DSM) for small- and medium-sized
businesses, to filter press systems (FP) for companies with high productivity.
T.C. Turrini Claudio also offers a wide range of quartzite filters for additional water filtration, which preserve CNC spindles with addi-
tional drinking water filtration (40 micron).
Over the decades, experience and continuous contacts and
discussions with customers, the first true business partners,
have made T.C. Turrini Claudio leader in its field.
