Rollmac is the division of GeMaTa Spa, one of the leaders
among leather finishing equipment manufacturers, devoted
to the production of machinery for the enamelling of float
glass sheets. Thanks to experience acquired, it has develo-
ped a new system based on engraved roller technology in
continuous operations, also launching drying compartments.
Rollmac manufactures a wide range of machinery and lines
for the glazing and decoration of flat glass for the most diver- graved cylinder. It is a completely new project based on the
se requirements.
Production
Gemata/Rollmac technology includes enamelling machines
Multiglass, Colorglass, Glassdrier drying tunnel, which al-

lows easy working systems, perfect application homogeneity
and drying performance on sheets with minimum dimensions
up to very large ones and the possibility to apply both tradi-
tional ceramic and organic as well as silicon paints.
Multiglass and Colorglass can both be used as stand-alone
units in automatic glazing lines, as well as equipped with a
Glassdrier IR and conveyor rollers, if required.
Last but not least is Glassline, the brand new machine to ena-
mel the edges of float glass sheets by means of a steel en-
well-known technologies of enamelling using a reverse roller.
Rollmac – Gemata is certified as per ISO 9001, ISO 14000,
and Italian “Safe Work” standards.
