Fully automatic machines
Cugher offers two technologically advanced types of printers:
Series G and Series J. Series G printers are the best solution
for industrial contests that require high automation, large pro-
duction volumes, quick set up and format changeover and
extreme print precision, absolute leader in automotive glass
printing, special edition of Series G for double glass printing
is the newest machine added to the Cugher portfolio.
Series J printers are the answer for handling large formats,
drilled, heavy glass, for medium-high production; the modu-
lar machine design provides flexibility, accessibility, easy set
up and maintenance. It finds best application in Automotive
and and Architectural industry.
Semi-automatic machines
Series LS and Canguro are Cugher’s machines for medium
and special production needs.
Series LS has a maximum printing size of up to 100x70cm,
a wide range of applications, and can be personalized for
particular types of production.
Easy to use and maintain, Series LS occupies little space, has
print precision of +/- 0,08mm, and can be equipped with
automatic unloading.
Series Canguro, maximum printing size up to 25x60cm,
very easy to use, compact dimension, completely pneumatic,
manual set up with extractable printing table for loading/
unloading. Provides flexibility of production.
IR and UV Dryers
Cugher dryers comply with the highest industry standards,
and can be used both stand alone and integrated in a silk
screen printing line.
Our dryers are manufactured with the best existing materials
and components, in order to guarantee maximum reliability
and productivity.
The IR Dryers use medium wave length, mixed type drying
technology (IR rays and hot air), Kevlar belt transport system
under constant tension, and automatic power management,
which guarantee quick and uniform drying.
The UV Dryers have compact dimensions and guarantee safe
operation and complete UV protection. Power saving thanks
to a fully digital control system, exit temperature of the glass
slightly above that of the environment.
