Sangalli Technologies
Sangalli Technologies is the technology provider within Sangalli
Group, and was created to design and supply melting furnaces,
heat recovery systems, as well as to provide technical services.
This expertise and knowledge was made available by the Sangalli
Group, which specializes in the production of float glass and has,
within its portfolio, four production facilities in Italy.
Over the last 10 years, more than EUR 300 million has been
invested in various production lines of Sangalli Group, with direct
management of design, construction, start-up and production
set-up.
Sangalli Technologies now provides its customers with a strong
knowledge base in all design and production issues, with special
regards to project management and construction.

Our services
Our services focus on two areas: glass production and energy
efficiency.

Our Services: Glass Production
Our mission is to support our customers and develop long-term
relationships. We offer our expertise and support covering basic
design through to production, integrating the supply of the furnace
with the training of operators at our plants, start-up and set-up of
production, long-term assistance and troubleshooting.
Within the glass production sector, Sangalli Technologies predomi-
nantly provides the following services:
Feasibility Studies, which include site evaluation, an analysis of
float plant size, capital costs, market, raw materials requirements,
utilities requirements, operating costs, laboratory and procedures,
as well as personnel and organization.
Technical Advisory Services, including preliminary studies,
general design, suppliers, orders and construction. We will check
and comment on project files. We will highlight weak points and
provide alternative strategies and solutions, utilizing both our expe-
