Thanks to research, development and experience gained over the years, Italmatic is a manufacturer of new generation auto-
claves, suitable to process any type of glass (float, tempered, low-E, translucent, etc.) both with PVB and EVA. These autoclaves
can stratify and then carry out HST testing (Heat Soak Test) with completely automatic cycles. Thanks to thermal insulation so-
lutions (insulation with nano-technologic materials) and high-performance control systems, these machines provide up to 70%
energy saving compared to standard autoclaves now on the market. At the company’s production sites, it manufactures autocla-
ves with diameters sizes from 1 meter up to 5 meters, with lengths of up to 20 meters and more. The raw materials employed,
the manufacturing procedures involved, tests and continuous monitoring of manufacturing activities, guarantee customers the
best quality and complete safety in use of the plants supplied. Italmatic’s young and dynamic staff can assist customers in each
and every phase of their project (sales, production, start-up); also providing after-sale service with on-line remote-assistance,
telephone assistance service, and, last but not least, maintenance contracts to keep the whole plant efficient at all times. Italmatic
also manufactures complete turnkey plants with all necessary accessories such as loading/unloading trolleys, automated loa-
ding systems, pressurization and cooling plants and more.
