Canadian transportation group Bombardier Inc. said 10 June 2003 that it has appointed the chief executive of Mexican glass manufacturer Vitro SA to its board of directors. Federico Sada will join alongside Michael McCain, chief executive of Canada“s Maple Leaf Foods Inc. (T.MFI), Bombardier said in a press release. Sada is also chairman of the Mexican Section of the European-Mexico Business Dialogue and sits on the boards of Mexican companies Regio Empresas SA and Alpek, which is a unit of conglomerate Alfa SA.
